About Strava:
Strava is a social media and fitness-tracking app for runners, cyclists, and fitness enthusiasts. The app syncs to devices like your smartphone, watch, or heart rate monitor and can be downloaded through the Apple or Google Play Store.
App users can record their exercise, and choose from a wide variety of activity options like running, walking, bike riding, hiking, kayaking, and more. The app provides metrics like pace and distance traveled, which we will use to record how miles we cover for the athletes of Special Olympics Virginia during Torch Run week, June 7-12.
