Summer Games | Logistics & Special Events Volunteer

Logistics are critical to any large-scale event. We are in need of organized and personable volunteers run to check-in tables. Event setup & clean up is needed throughout the weekend as sports and special events commence and wrap up. Looking for even more hands on? Join our on-site crew to assist with jobs across campus during the weekend.

But, Special Events are what keep everyone involved in between competitions and are integral pieces of the Summer Games weekend. Assist in the largest medical screening operation inside the Robins Center, and more!

Please note that for Special Smiles and Opening Eyes volunteers must be 18 years of age. For all other opportunities, we request that volunteers be age 14 or older!

Volunteer Check-in

Help to check-in the many volunteers and volunteer groups that will arrive over the weekend.

Event Setup and Breakdown

Assist in breaking down tables, chairs, and equipment, loading into event trucks, and other duties as assigned. Must be able to lift heavy items.

Logistics Crew

You will join the logistics crew as our on-site call team and assist with details for events on and off the field throughout the weekend.

Healthy Athletes

Assist at one of three stations and be a part of the largest annual medical screening provided to SOVA athletes free of charge. Stations include: Health Promotion, Special Smiles and Opening Eyes. Click HEREto learn more detailed information on each station.
