Since 1980, Procter & Gamble has donated more than $40 million to Special Olympics programs across the country. Now in year 45 of the partnership, they continue to support Special Olympics Virginia in promoting a more inclusive community.
As a part of the activation, a month-long cause promotion took place at over 200 military commissaries in January. In Virginia, athletes participated in various games at both Fort Gregg-Adams and Fort Belvoir to celebrate this partnership. Athletes in attendance at Fort Gregg-Adams included Cate Clark and Alex Webber, while Rose Reeder, Jerry Holy and Tiffany Robinson joined the event at Fort Belvoir. They enjoyed snacks, cake and fun activities on the sales floor, including paper towel bowling.
Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this campaign a success!
