About Area 9

Area 9 includes the counties of Bland, Carroll, Floyd, Giles, Grayson, Montgomery, Pulaski, Wythe, and the Cities of Galax and Radford

Training and Competition in Basketball, Bocce,Bowling, Golf, Skiing, Softball Swimming, Track and Field, and Volleyball are held throughout the area. The area also offers Motor Activities and Young Athletes programs.

Many of our sports are Unified. Team members with and without disabilities play together as equal members on teams in leagues and tournaments.
