Special Olympics gives me a place to meet other people who have disabilities like mine as well as other disabilities. It means a place where I can try new sports, events and try new things. I never knew what bocce ball was until last year and now i love it! I really like bowling now too. It is also a place where I can make a lot of new friends. I am a friendly person and like to talk to other people. I have met a lot of my friends through Special Olympics and we are always glad to get to hang out. It is a group that I can be myself in and have a good time.
