How long have you been involved with Special Olympics, and with which sports? Played since high school- track and field, when lived in Los Angeles(96-97) played basketball. Returned to VA and began competing in golf, basketball and softball, I volunteer at the VA State SO office and serve as athlete representative in Area 31 Board.
How has Special Olympics changed your life?
It has been awesome, allowed me to meet people, travel and enjoy my life.
Who do you admire the most?
My mom because she has always been there. I also admire staff who work for Special Olympics.
What does attending the USA Games mean to you?
It means everything, I am honored to have been chosen. I look forward to meeting other athletes and doing my best playing golf.
