- There will be 200 athletes competing in volleyball
- There are 65 coaches
We have 2 competitions: Athletes may compete on a team for tournament play, or in the individual skills competition.
Interested in volunteering at Volleyball?
Check out the different volunteer roles we offer:
Scorekeepers
Keep score of the volleyball game on a simplified scoresheet and maintain the visual scoreboard. (Volleyball experience preferred)
Line Judges
Assist the referees by using flags (provided) to indicate whether the ball is in or out of bounds and other calls as directed by the officials. (Volleyball experience preferred)
Runner/Escorts
Work with the Staging Manager and assist when the teams arrive after check in. This volunteer would also help locate the teams who are scheduled to play on the courts in advance so that as soon as the game on the court is completed the next two teams are ready to step onto the court.
Ball Shaggers
Help retrieve balls when they go out of bounds as quickly as possible to help keep the games moving along.
Volleyball Skills
Help to run stations, keep score and escort athletes through the various skills stations that include: passing, hitting and more.
